Coffee is 98 percent water. Often overlooked, the quality of the water is as important as the quality of the coffee. They do what they're supposed to do. I noticed our coffee was tasting different, even after cleaning the machine. Then I realized our filter had been in there since we bought the machine. Ordered a pair of new filters from Amazon and voila... better tasting coffee. They cost more than you'd expect for a tea bag full of... whatever is in there, but it works, and for the price of a latte at Starbucks, not to mention the time to get there and wait in line, it's more than worth it to have good coffee at home... The product is perfect but the little boxes they came in were badly handled by the packer and one of the water filters was mishapen
